2. To receive and consider the Chairman’s Report.
3. To consider and if considered appropriate adopt the audited
Balance Sheet and Accounts for the year ended 31

2024 together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ reports
thereon.
4. To consider and if deemed appropriate approve the
proposed budget for the year ending 31
